Mom wuz watchin'that talkie-box thingy an'the
weather man sed
we missed the worst of it-
all we gotz were a few thunder-boomerz an'sum rain.
Mom sed we gotz more rain in the area tuday BUTT
no thunder-boomerz-
just yucky weather.
In the meantime, mom keepz me on
that long rope thingy-
even IN MY kingdom.
I tried tu go x'plorin'last nite BUTT
that rope thingy kept me frum it.
Rite now-
gotta go take my erly mornin'snooze-
mom leavez fer werk WAY TU ERLY!

Yep, just some rain today, we missed last night's storms too. But our paws are crossed for all those over in Central MO and up through the Ohio Valley - they could be seeing some of that nasty weather.
Glad you missed the worst of it.

We had rain yesterday too-- 90+ degrees over the weekend and then rain on Monday! As if Mondays aren't bad enough. This morning, Seamus is being terrorized by the gardeners. He's having a rough week so far too. But he sends his best to the beaglebratz.
We got snow yesterday & rain today, but no thunder, thank dog!
