Ok, now while I go look fer any otherz that 

just mite've fallen out of the bag,

my mom will fill u in on the stuff our peepz wanna know.

Thank you Lord Shiloh - As you can see from the above picture, these treats are really for any size dog.  I like them because 1 - they are super crunchy; 2 - I feed Blue Buffalo kibble so I am real familiar with the quality of their products; 3 - my dogs love both blueberry and yogurt and both of these ingredients are good for them;

A bit more update – good and not so good

Mom Kim here – not a lot of time to post lately and the Beaglebratz are NOT happy about that.

 First - I MUST give a HUGE thanks to Ann from Zoolatry  for such a beautiful and festive header/background- 
I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! 

Did have an appointment with my cornea specialist -  the good was that my vision had improved a bit which I knew since I am back at work.  HOWEVER, the not so good part is that it looks like I now have my 3^rd Fungal infection in that eye;  There is still good news in that this infection has just started – the signs are there and I am already being treated for this infection so HOPEFULLY and I pray that it doesn’t get any worse.  The pharmacy had to order the anti-fungal eyedrop I need but it will be here tomorrow; it will mess up my vision altho to what extent I don’t know for sure since it was caught so quickly.  I am also on an anti-fungal pill (already had one) so like I said, since it was caught sooner than the other two -  it hasn’t fully developed yet – maybe I won’t even miss any work.

So that is about all I know for now - the Beaglebratz have been getting A LOR of Christmas cards and I have gotten a couple - wonder why so many for them and not so many for me?  Oh- to Denny and Riley - they got your box in the mail and theirs will go out this weekend (maybe sooner).  Our Christmas cards will be going out this weekend I hope - at least some of them.

PS - The Beaglebratz are doing well by the way.  Feeling good that Shiloh has slept in bed with me'n Diva Shasta the last couple of nights after sleeping on his blanket on the floor for several months.  He won't let me help him get up and kinda hesitates at first but then up he goes.  It put a smile on my face AND heart.  Maybe that supplement he is on is helping him more than I realized - I knew he has been moving and running more easily but this was a new development.

Well our mom’z eyeball an’vizion maker haz not bin az good az she wood like HOWEVER she haz bin able tue go tue werk (we Beaglebratz r happee fur mom butt not fur us) an’due sum other stuffz tue.  An’she haz bin able tue put off that eyeball procedure that MITE make her c better butt she wood hafta miss more werk.  HOWEVER, that cood all b changin’  Yesterday (Monday) when she woke up, her vision-maker wuz not az good az it had bin (not real bad butt just not az good) so off tue the eyeball doc she went.  Well, r’member those thingz called epithelial d-fectz (our mom helped us spell that) they r kinda like skin tearz on her cornea part of the eyeball – she haz had a few butt they got better.  This time it iz gittin’better BUTT after u haf so many, even if they git better, it makez the cornea sicker an’sicker.  Part of what led tue the d-fect wuz sumtime her contact lens came out so the eyeball doc put one bak in an’then gave her sum new medicine an’then go bak tue c him on Thurzday (May 8).  THEN she will go c the eyeball speshal doc next Tuezday (May 13)  After that?  Haf no idear.  Stay tuned fur updatez…………

Better Late Then Never - Our Taco Day With The Beaglebratz

Diva Shasta here - we Beaglebratz thought we wuz gonna miss this furry most yummilishus day - mom came home then left agin almost rite away.  (Akchully mom didn't leeve rite then butt hope tue tell ya'bout that later.)  Ok - so our mom got home butt she got bizy duin'other stuff.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

We Beaglebratz cood c that mom wuz gittin'our

dinner ready - only it wuzn't our uzual kibble.

We watched az mom went bak an'forth b-tween the fridge an'the counter 

an'the cupboard an'the counter

an'sumthin'called the pantry an'the counter-

our headz were like tennis ballz bein'

hit bak'n forth.

Anywayz - our tacoz had shredded carrotz,

mom cut a few sliverz of chiken frum her sam'witch then added a little Greek yo'gurt then 

added sumfresh brokoli'n colli-flower'n

Shiloh rushed tue git hiz - mom had tue hurry tue git a pikchure b-4 he ate it all.

Us Beaglebratz here-

We uzually try tue join in the Thankful Thurzday

Blog Hop, not tue menchun the Wordless Wednezday 

one tue - at leest we got in on the Monday

Mischief Blog Hop earlier this week.  BUTT it wood

seem that since our mom went bak tue werk, she 

just can't git her prioritiez straite.  An'we 

need her help turnin'the 'puter on.

ALSO, THIS COMING WEEKEND - mom herd a commoshun

in our basement the other day - she went down 

there an'she sed she thought that big machine 

that chewz an'eatz her clothez - she thought 

may-b it had a tummy-ache an'wuz gonna start

throwin'out it'z inside partz.  Then she sed she

cood smell sumthin'funny (Hey, it weren't us - we

weren't there) - she sed no it weren't u cuz it

smelled like sumthin'wuz on fire.  So mom sed that

aunt sis iz gonna let her uze her'z so that meenz 

that OUR mom will b over at aunt sis'z house 

sumtime this weekend uzin'her big clothez chewin'n

eatin'machine - YES, SHE IZ GONE ALL WEEK AN'NOW 

SUM ON THE WEEKEND TUE!!!!

Okey-dokey, it iz gittin'real close tue our 

bedtime sooooooooooo.....

Good Stuff on Thankful Thurzday (& other dayz tue)

Diva Shasta'n Shiloh here - 

Az sum of u may know already, our mom just got bak

tue werk after a long time off(3 monthz) cuz of 

eyeball problemz - AGIN!  BUTT she STILL found 

wayz tue give us sum little x-traz without goin'

broke.  We haf talked'boutz our scrambled 

eggz'n cheeze with our kibble.  We also showed 

u'all sum blueberriez'n cottage cheeze with our 

kibble So just the other day 

fer dinner mom came up with sumthin'difrent

fer us-

 That'z our kibble with a bit of cawlie-flour, 

brock-oli, little bitz'o cheeze'n sum yummy liver 

muffinz - all torn up - oh'n sum peeze.  Mom just

goez tue what iza salad bar (wunder what that 

lookz like) when she gitz her food stuffz - she 

sez the veggiez stay fresh a bit longer'n she 

duzn't spend az much.  An'when mom'n aunt sis go 

tue the farmer'z market (NO DOGGIEZ ALLOWED - 

NOT GOOD!) mom can find us sum treatz that don't 

cost furry much green paperz - like thoze liver 

muffinz (or blueberry or p-nut butter or carob)

 There iz sumone there called a vendor -

PET DELIGHTS 

an'u can even order stuff frum their website.

Now thoze yummy bonez were frum a difrent one of

thoze vendorz with no website.

All them little x-tra yummiez help mom make our 

kibble last longer AN'they r good fer us tue!

Now we just need tue figure out a way tue keep mom

away frum "our" fresh veggiez'n cottage cheeze.  

At leest she sharez her daily b'naner with us.

Trying a quick update

FINALLY had a doc appointment with my specialist today - first one in a month and the next one is 3 months off and my local eye doc in a month.  Anyway it was some good and some was not really a surprise and no worse than before but no better.

First the good - vision is now improved to mostly
20/80 which means vision has improved a bit more than it was last month - not much but it is at least an improvement.  I am also going to try to return to work next Monday - 7/2/13 altho not sure if all day or half.

Now for the part that is no worse but no better and what I am not surprised at all. After my eye/vision (rite eye - only eye with vision)  messed up this past March, my specialist did a stem cell transplant using donated stem cells in an attempt to improve the condition of my eye - the procedure went ok however the plan did 
not - no improvement at all in the condition of my eye.   So altho I do plan on returning to work next week - how long it lasts is questionable.  I am planning to work as long as possible or 
3 - 5 years  - whichever comes first.  Eventually my specialist wants to do another stem cell transplant however at that time, he plans on using stem cells from my own left eye which is perfectly healthy - just can't see out of it.  He believes since it would be my own tissue that there would be a better chance of it having a positive outcome.  After that is totally healed and working - 3 to 6 months - then if needed he would do another cornea transplant - first try a donated cornea but if that didn't work after time, my own cornea from my healthy but non-functioning left eye.

Ok mom, now lettus Beaglebratz take over fer a bit.  Sorry y'all - we know - kinda borin'ho-hum stuff BUTT mom INSISTED az in STOLE the 'puter frum us so we thought it best tue LET her post a bit - hope u cood all keep your eyeballz open.  Anywayz, we hope the next post will b frum us.  Til then - hope all iz well in your nek of the woodz.
